1)  FARMS OF HOPE

 

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

St Luke chapter 4 verse 14

Lord Jesus Christ may our spiritual eyes ever be on you for it is in you that we live and move and have our being. Lord you are our example in life. As your trials and temptations in the wilderness are considered it is seen that you came out of them more full of God, more clothed with the Spirit and ready for the fight. Lord what encouragement to see that the enduement with power had such an effect on you that other people saw this and flocked to hear you.

 

Jesus as the Holy Ghost had come upon you it can be seen that the Holy Ghost also fell upon the disciples at Pentecost. They were anointed with the same power and went forth and success attended their ministry until the power of God swept through the whole earth. Lord may we too know this same power working through us to ensure that the power of God is swept through the whole earth once more.

 

Lord this prayer brings before you those who need liberation from addiction. In your mercy Lord look upon the Farms of Hope. There are 86 of these in 15 countries. May this ministry continue to lead people out of their own addiction and fear. Lord through repentance of sin along with everyone else in the world , for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, may each one attending the Farms of Hope come to know you as Lord and Saviour and find in you fullness of life. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

2) 06 01 13 SAUDI ARABIA

 

Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is the grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ.

 

Ephesians chapter 3 verse 8

Lord Jesus Christ O the certainty to know that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself. Lord what a gospel message this is and what responsibility is on your remnant Church to make the gospel known. Lord it is by revelation that these deep truths are understood.

 

How else can sinners accept that they are sinners in need of a Saviour and that the only Saviour is yourself. The natural mind cannot accept that God Himself had to come into the world of His own creation and die on a cross at Calvary as only His own blood could bring about reconciliation with a holy God and bring forgiveness of sin.

 

Lord Jesus the god of this world has blinded sinners to whom you are and that you are the only way for sinners to be reconciled with God. Lord religions which do not give you the pre eminence are religions of spiritual deadness and cannot bring souls to the place where God wants them to be, that is, to have communication with God as a living person and can call Him Father.

 

Lord look upon Saudi Arabia and by your grace give souls the chance to hear the truth about yourself. Lord as the God who honours His Word build your Church as you have said you would do and may there be Churches of living stones even in places where you have not been welcomed. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

 

3)  09 01 13 YEMEN

 

To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 10 verse 43

Lord Jesus Christ you are Lord. It is in you alone that there is forgiveness of sin. The Bible declares that “ it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement.” Lord you were once offered to be the only sin bearer for in your own body you carried sin on the cross of Calvary. O the blood, the precious blood which alone can reconcile sinners with a holy and righteous God.

 

Lord in a world which is in the hands of the god of this world please give sinners the chance to hear that they are sinners in need of a Saviour and that you are that Saviour. Lord Jesus many are taught that you are only a prophet. Yet the Bible declares that all the prophets witness that it is through you that there is remission of sins. Lord by your grace please give the people of Yemen the chance to hear the truth of yourself and for their spiritual eyes to be opened to accept that you are the only way to God.

 

Lord Jesus the Bible makes known that out of every kindred, tribe and nation will come those who will worship you. Lord I have full confidence in your Word and because this states every nation then that must be so. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

 

4)  10 01 13 IRAQ　

 

Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord: For great is the glory of the Lord.

 

Psalm 138 verse 5

Lord Jesus Christ you are pre eminent. In heaven you are worshipped by those who have been washed in your own blood for they have clean hands and pure hearts. Lord may there be day by day that ingathering of souls for your remnant Church of those who shall sing in the ways of the Lord.  

 

What rejoicing Lord fills my soul for it is you who are my portion for you are my life. Praise you Lord Jesus for the continual building of your Church in Iraq. Lord although there is persecution of those who know you as Saviour and Lord your Church continues to grow as your Word cannot be denied as the Bible states that you would build your Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail.  

 

O, Lord, to have that confidence in you that as Bibles continue to be distributed in Iraq it is in the sure and certain knowledge that more souls will see that you are the only way to God. Praise you Lord that your Word declares “ for great is the glory of the Lord.”  Lord Jesus you alone have the words of life and through your precious Word souls are daily coming to know you and receive your life. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

5) DELHI - INDIA

 

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

 
2 Corinthians chapter 12 verse 9 

Lord Jesus Christ how you loved during your earthly ministry those who were disadvantaged in life or had little to hope for as they were unable to support themselves. Lord there are still numerous souls for whom you died who are in similar disadvantaged positions today.

 

This prayer brings before you 31 families in Delhi, India who have been disadvantaged but have had their lives transformed. These 31 families are a community of disabled and displaced people who have been living in inner city slums and on the streets.

 

News shows that they are set to receive new houses in a resettlement colony called, Anand Niwas or home for happiness. A mission partner working on this project has said, “ Our God of justice has a passion to lift up the poor and those at the bottom of society’s heap.” Lord may each one in these 31 families come to know you as their Saviour and their lives be totally dedicated to yourself.

 

May all the unloved and unwanted in society no matter which country they live in also be reached with your love and have their lives transformed. May they too be lifted from the pit of despair to both find you and have all their needs met whatever these needs may be. This prayer seeks to bring honour to your name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

 

6)  NORTH INDIA

 

The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

St Luke chapter 6 verse 40 

Lord Jesus Christ our hearts are continually filled with praise for all you are and all that is done through your name. This prayer is on behalf of 135 first generation Indian Christians who have completed the “Following Jesus Christ” course in North India. One graduate said, “The course helped me know Jesus and the Bible better so I can now share with others.”

 

It is further reported that Vikrum and Hari who were from Hindu backgrounds, have started weekly gospel exploring meetings in their houses. Both live in villages where they are the only Christians. Pathras, also, has returned to her village and is starting a small Bible study group in an area where Jesus’ name is rarely heard. With thousands of Indian Christians undertaking this training it is said that 20 million Indians across 11 states will hear the gospel within the next five years.

 

Lord Jesus Christ may our faith always be praying and expecting to see you work on heaven’s scale not limiting you by human thinking. What you are doing in these 11 states can be done throughout the whole of India. Lord send the Holy Spirit to open hearts and minds throughout all India and to use every available resource to spread the gospel message whether this be through radio, television, the internet or human channels let every soul in India have the chance of accepting you as their Saviour before you return to earth at your second coming.

 

This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to your holy name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

 

7)  01 11 12 INDIA: BIHAR

 

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

 

Romans chapter 3 verse 24

Lord Jesus Christ of ourselves we could not be justified before God for our righteousness is as filthy rags before a holy and righteous God. Yet whilst we were yet sinners you died for the ungodly. Now because of the redemption which is in yourself dear Lord all who have availed themselves of the cleansing of your blood are freely justified by the grace of God.

 

O God what depths of love you have shown and this love is still the same today for sinners still have the chance to be reconciled to you through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. Lord Jesus there are over 90 million people in the Indian state of Bihar. Most of the population are Hindus. Praise you Lord that Sunday services are being held in some villages. Some Lord have accepted you as Saviour.

 

O God I cry unto you that the people of Bihar will be free of bondages of idol worship and satanic shrines. Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone has died to reconcile sinners in Bihar to the only God. Lord Jesus Christ come and take your rightful place in the hearts of the people of Bihar. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

8)  ECUADOR

 

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

 

Revelation chapter 4 verse 11

Lord Jesus Christ our hearts are filled with love for yourself for you have captivated our hearts. You are worthy to receive glory and honour and power for you are seated at the right hand of your Father.

 

May we never grow cold or indifferent to you for you should be everything to us as you have given everything of yourself for us. This prayer, dear Jesus, remembers the children in the deprived areas of Laura Flores, in Ecuador. At Christmas 130 children received bags full of donated sweets and biscuits thanks to generous supporters. A further 36 people took home bags of cloths and toys. The mission partner who has worked in the area for years has seen the transformation in this community which is built on a rubbish dump.

 

A new church is being planted and with it a social programme with literacy and skills training to help people overcome addictions and poverty. Lord Jesus Christ may this work lead souls to a saving knowledge of yourself and for you to be at the centre of bot h individual lives, families and the whole community. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to you Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

9)  BOLIVIA

 

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed : and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

1 Corinthians chapter 12 verse 3

Lord Jesus Christ those who love and own your name rejoice that they can say that you are Lord. Everyone who has received the Holy Ghost , dear Lord, has within them great possibilities and unlimited power and great possessions not only of things which are present, but also of things which are too come.

 

Jesus help your people to realise the abundant riches which they possess, for in you we have all the promises of God which are yea and amen to the glory of God the Father. Lord help us to fully realise that if we yield to the leadings of the Holy Ghost and do not doubt, this will lead to success and victory and we will grow in grace and will have not only a controlling power but also a revealing power of the mind and purposes which God has for us.

 

Thank you Jesus that those who have received the Holy Ghost have entered into the manifestation of the glory of God, and in that is great power and strength. Lord it is in the closeness of the association and oneness with you where there is no fear, but perfect confidence all the time.

 

Thank you Lord that your presence is with us all the time and the Holy Ghost is in us in mighty power if only we will believe.

What gracious words you spoke Lord when you said , “ only believe .” It is with confidence Lord that the throne of grace can be approached and prayer made for a new work in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This is based in a neighbourhood where there is much poverty, many one-parent families and many spiritual needs.

 

 Lord please use the children’s groups and classes in wool weaving for the women to draw souls to yourself. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

10) MALDIVES

 

For we would not , brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despised even of life.


2 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 8

 

Lord Jesus Christ take you rightful place in the lives of all those who say that they know you as Saviour. Lord may this not be just as Saviour but as Lord too. May all of us not just say all on the altar I lay for you dear and blessed Lord but live lives which show that we are living sacrifices every moment of every day. Like Paul we too need to be pressed out of measure and above strength even to the extent of despairing of life. Lord there are no options with you when we are channels through whom the Holy Ghost is reaching out to a lost world with the every creature commission.

 

No Lord all on the alter I lay. May others too be prepared to say to the Holy Ghost I am willing to be made willing for you to come in. Lord Jesus Christ in these last days I know that it is only those through whom the Holy Ghost lives who will not only stand but take your victory at Calvary into the strongholds of the devil and tear these down.

One of these strongholds is the Maldives. Lord Jesus Christ you have died for every soul in the Maldives. Lord there are devils at work in the Maldives which are still resisting the making known of the Gospel message. Lord Jesus Christ through your victory at Calvary and the power of your blood to cleanse from sin I claim the Maldives for you. There is power to overcome everything in the world through the name of Jesus. I say unto you, Satan that the Maldives are now open to the Gospel and souls are set free from you as they will be washed and cleansed through the blood of Jesus which defeated you at Calvary. It is done Satan. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to your holy name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

 

11)  MALDIVES

 

But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

Acts of the Apostles chapter 5 verse 39

Lord Jesus Christ you are Sovereign Lord. You rule in majesty and glory. To you be ascribed all power, dominion and might. It is to you dear Lord that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that you are Lord to the glory of God the Father.

 

Lord Jesus even though there are still many countries where you are not welcome ultimately you will be given your rightful place. One of these countries which is resistant to you and the making known of the message of the gospel is the Maldives. Not only are there countries where there is resistance to the gospel but there are ministries too where those who have faithfully stood firm to the gospel message have seen members leave and no one has come to take their place.

 

One such ministry is Pentecostal Holiness Church Continuing based at Rhos on Sea in North Wales. Lord in the days following the coming of the Holy Ghost although there was much opposition to the preaching of the gospel we are informed that the number of the disciples was multiplied. Lord Jesus the scriptures say that you are the same yesterday, to day and forever. Lord your word cannot lie or you deny yourself.

 

Lord this prayer asks in faith that once again we will see the Holy Ghost doing mighty works for it is for your honour and glory that I ask for the Maldives to be opened for the gospel and for souls to be brought to know you as Lord and Saviour through the ministry of Pentecostal Holiness Church Continuing based in Rhos on Sea. Amen.

 

12)  11 01 13 MALDIVES

 

Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let thy glory be above all the earth.

 

Psalm 57 verse 5

Almighty God this prayer joins David in giving you your rightful place. There is no other god beside thee and “ Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let thy glory be above all the earth.”

 

Lord my faith is in you to fulfil all that is contained in the Bible. Each and every promise still to be birthed will be birthed. Lord may the Holy Spirit intercede through me to bring each promise to birth and those which have been birthed to fulfilment.

 

Lord one promise which is part fulfilled is for the gospel to be made known to every creature. There are those countries like The Maldives where there is resistance to the gospel message being made known. Lord Jesus you died for each person in The Maldives.

 

Lord every last drop of your blood was shed so that every sinner in the world could be given the opportunity to hear that they can come to know God when they repent of their sin and accept you as their Saviour.

 

Lord will you at this time remember the people of The Maldives and give them the chance to hear the gospel and see that you alone are the way to God.

 

This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

13) IRAN

 

For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

1 Corinthians chapter 16 verse 9

Lord Jesus Christ my heart continually sings your praises for you Lord are worthy to be praised, worshipped and adored. You have captivated me and I want always to give you your rightful place in my life. Day by day I worship and magnify you for you are the desire of my heart. Lord the cry from our my heart is that others will come to know and love you. There are many enemies set against the ministry of reaching out with the gospel. Yet you have made me responsible to spread the gospel.

 

Lord Jesus Christ I walk by faith and not by sight. The enemy of souls would try to detract me from you and look from the human point of view. It is said that your Church in Iran is decreasing. This is human thinking. Intercessory prayer looks from heaven’s point of view as this is prayer which is in heavenly places. Lord Jesus Christ you said you would build your Church and the gates of hell would not prevail.

 

Now Sovereign Lord honour your word and faith says that instead of decreasing the Church Iran will more than double with those who know you as Saviour and Lord during 2012 compared to the number at the end of 2011. Lord let these who do come to know you as Saviour also know you as Lord. Grant Lord that those who know and love you will be fearless in their devotion to you and be able to meet in your name to pray, sing your praises and hear your word.

 

May there also be supplies of Bibles going into Iran to meet the need of all who want a Bible. Lord Jesus Christ thank you that there will also be Bible Colleges in Iran to train those who you are calling into your ministry. Lord this prayer says “ God can work mightily when I persist in believing Him in spite of discouragements from the human standpoint.” There have been many discouragements from the human standpoint with Iran but faith still persists. Glory to your blood Lord Jesus Christ. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to your holy name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

 

14) IRAN  21 12 12

 

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, Neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

 

Isaiah chapter 55 verse 8

Lord Jesus Christ, eternal Son of the Father, all praise, honour, glory and blessing are yours by right for you are Christ the Lord. Lord Jesus how can we ever thank you enough for leaving heaven’s glory and coming to the earth of your creation in order to reconcile a sinful mankind with a holy God. Lord Jesus you endured the cross despising the shame all for the joy set before you, the joy of sinners forgiven, a people born again unto a new life, a life filled with your own resurrection life.

 

Thank you Lord Jesus that a life of sins forgiven and communication opened with God the Father is available to whoever will come the God provided way, that is, through you and none other. Praise you Lord that of all the countries where you are not welcome, the country of Iran, the Holy Spirit has opened hearts and drawn them to yourself whereby you are accepted as God, Saviour and Lord. Lord, news has come that some of those who have come to know you have gone to Berlin in Germany and turned up at a church. It is said that more Iranians have been joining this church over the weeks and brought new life into this church.

 

Lord Jesus you are Sovereign Lord. Lord in your love for souls I ask for the Holy Spirit to continue to break the stronghold of Satan in Iran by daily adding to your Church amidst all the persecution suffered by your people in Iran. Lord as your ways have higher purposes than ours use these dear brothers from Iran to bring your life into the unbelief of the nation of Germany which was once used to spread your gospel to other nations. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

15)  IRAN 03 01 13

 

But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 9 verse 21

Lord Jesus Christ you are sovereign Lord. When you made yourself known to Saul on the Damascus Road it transformed him from an instrument of destruction to a man who received your own life, one of compassion and seeking to bring souls to yourself. Lord by grace and by no merit or works of our own you have brought everyone who knows you as Saviour and Lord to a saving knowledge of yourself.

 

Jesus you have won every part of my love for without you my sin and rebellion when because I and not God was on the throne of my life I was on my way to spend eternity in hell until I opened the door to yourself when had asked to come in. O the blood , the cleansing blood of Jesus which washes the foulest sinner clean.

 

Lord there are still millions who need to hear your voice of invitation. In your mercy and by your grace please give them the chance to hear. Lord one of the countries which seeks to keep its people from hearing who you are is Iran. Lord the Bible declares “ When the enemy shall come in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.” Lord, you said “ Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”

 

Lord, your honour is at stake as you are a covenant keeping God. Satan is still doing his utmost to prevent the truth of who you are being made known and accepted in Iran. Lord Jesus because you are sovereign Lord and have all authority in heaven and earth I ask that you will honour your word and bind the strongman keeping souls coming to accept you as Saviour and Lord in Iran and that the gates of hell will crumble and you will be given the pre eminence in Iran. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

 

16) IRAN  05 02 13 

 

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
 

St Matthew chapter 5 verse 44

Lord Jesus Christ your words are words of life and not death. Lord you call on those who have received a new life, that of yourself to live in contrast to the standards of the world or even the teachings of other faiths. Lord you call upon us even to love and pray for our enemies, those who despitefully use us or persecute us. This Lord is so different to our human nature.

 

Yet Lord as we walk in the heavenly places and have your own nature within us then it is your life which flows through us to love all whom we come into contact. Blessed Jesus, Saeed Abedini has been sentenced to eight years in prison in Iran because you are more to him than life itself. May he even in prison know what it is to walk in heavenly places and become a man who can be mightily used by yourself. Lord it is not our outward circumstances which matter but our daily walk with yourself when the life and power of God can be manifested through us. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

17)  AFGHANISTAN

 

For He must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 25

Lord Jesus Christ you are risen, ascended and glorified. You are God of heaven and God of earth. At your name every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Jesus your blood is precious to those who know you for it has cleansed from all sin and all stain. Let our lives be holy for you are holy. Lord the Church in our day does not show your holiness as very few who call themselves Christian do have lives which are holy. Lord through your friend bring a movement of holiness back to the body of Christ.

Lord Jesus Christ there is a country which does not know your holiness as it is a citadel of Satan. This a country of many people groups which have no know believers and even in those people groups where there are believers only a few know you. This country Lord is called Afghanistan and it is stated that you cannot enter this country and your word is not allowed to be taken to that country. Lord there are millions cascading into hell in this country. Surely Lord Jesus Christ you died for every hell deserving sinner in Afghanistan.

 

Yet your mercy and love reaches out to all people and you cannot exclude the people of Afghanistan. Lord please reach out in love to these people even those who hate your name for none is beyond hope. Your word states that while we were yet sinners Christ died for the ungodly. Reach out Lord even to the terrorists and show yourself to them by dreams and visions that their hearts will be melted and hatred replaced by love. Lord let there be churches of living stones and even Bible Colleges in Afghanistan for this is what the Holy Ghost is showing me will take place. Lord Jesus Christ you spoke about the greater works and this is to be one of them.

 

Through your name Lord Jesus Christ and the power of your blood which destroyed Satan I command the stronghold of Satan in Afghanistan to be destroyed and Satan and every devil, demonic spirit and evil deceiving spirit in Afghanistan to go to the pit of hell now so that the people of Afghanistan will have the opportunity to hear the glorious Gospel message and be washed clean from their sins. Satan it is done. Jesus Christ is Sovereign Lord and now reigns in Afghanistan. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to your holy and blessed name Lord Jesus Christ and give you your rightful place. Amen.

 

18)  AFGHANISTAN

 

04 01 13

 

But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 9 verse 40

Lord Jesus Christ you are life for you speak the words of life. Peter was not deterred that Tabitha was dead. Peter knew that you are the resurrection and the life and had been present when you called Lazarus from the tomb even though he had been dead for four days.

 

Lord you came into the world and destroyed him who had the power of death for the Bible declares that this is so and that there is now therefore no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus. O Jesus, blessed Jesus what words of life and to be able to live day by day in the knowledge that my sins which were many have all been washed away by your own blood when I repented of my sin and was forgiven.

 

Lord what a life is available to all who repent and receive a new life as they are born again of the Spirit of God. The spiritual death which is the experience of all who are not born again becomes open communication with the Father whereby He can be called heavenly Father at the moment the sinner is repentant and you become Saviour and Lord.

 

Lord may sinners in Afghanistan be brought out of spiritual death to life whereby they know the Father through you whom to know is life eternal. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

19) SCOTLAND

 

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

St John chapter 1 verse 1

Lord Jesus Christ you are the Word for you are God. Our hearts are continually filled with love for you. We yearn to be like you. We long to see you in all your glory. Let us be all out for you for in this world there is nothing unless you are at its centre.

 

This prayer brings before you, Lord, Jim Figgis and the book shop he runs at Dalbeattie in Scotland. May this shop be used as a lighthouse to shed your light in Dalbeattie. May Jim continue to be used to support your work in Malawi and India. Whilst in Jim’s shop your friend was able to pray for the opening of South West Scotland for the gospel.

 

Lord this area was once open to you through the work of St Ninian. Thank you, Lord, that all the blindness to the gospel message has been removed through the prayer in the shop and souls will have the opportunity again to see you as the eternal Word of God. Lord may the pure gospel as preached by St Ninian once again be preached and accepted.

 

Lord build your Church of living stones who know full surrender to you to the glory of God the Father. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to your holy name. Amen.

20) SRI LANKA  

 

 I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.

Philippians chapter 4 verse 13

Lord Jesus Christ this prayer is the behalf of Pastor David V Rasalingam. David writes of his current situation which is one of testing as is explained below. 

Calvary Greetings to you in Jesus name

I am very sorry for not connect with you last couple of months the reason was many but I share with you few: due to my financial situation I unable to make my Missionary journey to any where so all my visa period has been come to the end. My elder son Abraham Manoj he got a wedding proposal in Switzerland and he went for good. The wedding takes place in January 2013 in Sri Lanka.

 

Also the up country Ministry which has been affiliate with my ministry having small problems among them, so I went there to short it out in different places in Sri Lanka, now every things are OK, now I am proceeding to go my Missionary works.

 

Please apologies for my lack of communication for the fast, I am the one who contumely communicate with you but the present unexpected situation make me little bit different, but in the future it own happen like this. Please pray for ministry journey once I go and return back to my country I will send my ministry report and the picture for your concern

Lord Jesus although David is greatly tested in his financial situation he has placed his whole trust in you. Your word is equal to current coin and we can place our all trust in you when we know your plan for our lives. Lord, David clearly knows your plan and is now looking to you to be able to fulfil the plan.

 

When we are in the centre of your will it is none of us but all of God. On David’s behalf I come to ask that he will be strengthened for all the ministry still to be done through him in Sri Lanka. As we place our simple trust in the word of God which says “ my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” then we know you will not fail to supply.

 

Praise you Jesus that as we hunger and thirst after you day by day rivers of living water will continually flow through us and mighty deeds will be done to the glory of the Father. This prayer seeks to bring honour and to the name of our God as it is asked through your name which has all power in heaven and upon earth. Amen.

21)  CHINA

 

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

St John chapter 6 verse 35

Jesus eternal bread how my soul hungers after you; how my soul thirsts for you in a dry and barren land. Lord I hunger and I thirst yet all I need is to be found in you for you are my inexhaustible supply. Jesus in you is life for you are life when we feed on your word we find the words of life.

 

In you dear Jesus is found eternal life and once we have found the way unto life you are our daily supply if only we will seek to be filled with the riches contained in the Bible. Wonderful words of life from a glorious Lord and Saviour. Lord ever give us this life; a life of joy, peace and over flowing with the rivers of your abundant life; a life just the opposite from that which the world craves for this is life which satisfies as it fills the God shaped void, a void which remains empty in those who have not received you.

 

Lord, reports say that each week thousands in China are finding you as Lord and Saviour to fill this God shaped void. These dear brothers and sisters need your word so as to read it and be able to grow in their knowledge and love of yourself. Jesus, dear Jesus, demand for your word exceeds supply. Please, Lord, from your compassionate heart hear the cry of all who long for their own copy of the Bible.

 

In western society your word is not valued but Lord in China millions long for your word. Surely, Lord, you will not fail to hear their cry and answer their prayer. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to your holy name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

22)  ETHIOPIA

 

And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.

St Luke chapter 4 verse 1

Lord Jesus Christ ever draw us closer to yourself. May our hearts overflow with your love, a love which worships the Father in spirit and in truth. At all times may we be abiding in you just as you told us to be. As we abide then this is joy and with this the place where we can always count upon being in the presence of power; where we know God’s presence is with us, leading to the place where victory is assured. Thank you Lord that we know that if we keep in the right place with God, God can do anything with us.

 

Praise you Jesus that as you were led by the Spirit there was a power, a majesty falling on you. Lord you had received this mighty anointing power of God. Lord as you were brought into a state of persecution and trial you were sustained mightily by God. Lord just as you were sustained and overcame persecution may all those who are identified in your persecutions today because they suffer for their love for you also know the mighty anointing power of God. This prayer identifies with Joseph Andreas in the village of Pawe in the north-west of Ethiopia.

 

Lord, Joseph has known what it is to be arrested for his faith and had Bibles torn up and burnt. Lord although Joseph overcame this persecution there were further trials. The Church which was built with a thatched roof caught fire and burnt down. This was replaced by a wooden church but collapsed as it was eaten by termites. Praise you, Lord, that a more solid and permanent church is under construction. Lord please be with Joseph and the other villagers who although poor in this world’s goods are rich in you and are experiencing the mighty anointing power of God. This prayer is to the honour and glory of our God. Amen.

23)  PARAGUAY

 

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Acts of the Apostles chapter 1 verse 8

Lord Jesus Christ you are the substance of our faith. Those who know you as a living Christ are standing on the rock which is Christ the Word, the living Word. Lord you have all power in heaven and on earth. In you we live and move and have our being. Our whole life is filled with yourself. You are our portion, our joy, our love, our life. There is none like yourself and as Christians we need you at the centre of our lives.

 

Lord how your heart rejoices when you see those who are fully surrendered to you. Although those in full surrender are often rejected by many who call themselves Christian they are prepared to die for you as they love you from the depths of their beings. They know what it is to have the fullness of God within them. These Lord love not their own lives but let the Holy Ghost live through them in a life of compassion even for those who reject them in an identification of suffering with your own sufferings as you also suffered rejection. Lord in your own rejec tion you were living in the knowledge of power. The Spirit of the Lord was upon you.

 

All those who have given their all to you know the same power of the Holy Ghost working in and through them. Lord although there are very few who will surrender their all to you and go all the way with you take of those who will and use them to ensure that every person in the world is given the chance to hear the gospel and repent of their sin.

 

Lord please help all who work on Bible translation into those languages of people groups who do not have your word in their own language. Those working on the Enxet Old Testament in Paraguay are brought before you that you will strengthen them in this essential work of helping to reach the unreached for you. This prayer seeks to bring honour to our Heavenly Father. Amen.

24)  BANGLA DESH

 

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

 

Daniel chapter 11 verse 32

Almighty God how great you are in all your majesty and glory. Holiness unto the Lord is our cry as you are to be worshipped in spirit and in truth. Thank you Lord that our confidence is in you for we know that the Holy Ghost has come with one definite purpose and this is to reveal unto us the Father and the Son in all their different branches of helpfulness to humanity in displaying almighty power so that the weak may be made strong.

 

Praise you Lord that the Holy Ghost gives a holy boldness just as was seen in Daniel. We see Lord that as Daniel knew God he could enter the lion’s den. As we know you Lord and give you the pre-eminence then there is no fear. We find perfect love, perfect knowledge of you Lord Jesus and there is no fear. Like Daniel Lord we too can know you with us when it is Christ working in us bringing every thought into subjection, every desire into a divine plan of desire, and Christ performing and “me” ceasing and the work accomplished. Lord O to be always in this blessed position where you can accomplish all the will of the Father through us. Our hearts are filled with thankfulness for the news from Rajshahi deanery in Bangladesh.

 

This is the fastest growing part of the Church of Bangladesh. Lord a meeting was held in which there was melodic rhythmic singing and the sound of tabla and harmonium. Lord the people have been given a vibrant spirituality as one new Christian said “ Before, although I prayed as part of the traditional religion, I didn’t know God and experienced nothing. Now I feel God in my heart, mind and family.

 

We feel God is giving us inner strength.” Thank you Lord that you are still a living God to those who will invite you in. May this become the experience of the people of Wales. Bring them Lord to see the holiness of God and to repent of their sin before it is too late for although you are a merciful God those who reject you face an awful prospect at death, that of eternity in hell, cut off from you forever. Lord open the hearts of the people of Wales just as you did with these dear people in Bangladesh that they too may say, “ Now I feel God in my heart, mind and family.” Heavenly Father this prayer seeks only to bring honour to your name. Amen.

25)  SYRIA

 

So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, And his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.

 

Isaiah chapter 59 verse 19

Lord God you are God and beside you there is none other. There are many people who will not worship you or acknowledge you to be the only God. There is an enemy who contests the command of Jesus to go into all the world and preach the gospel. Lord God where are the people today who will pray kingdom prayers to ensure that the gospel does reach every creature?

 

Lord God the enemy, that usurper the devil himself has come in like a flood against my brother and sister Christians in Syria and is intent on destroying your Church. Lord God not only does your Word say that the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against the devil when he comes in like a flood but Lord Jesus you said that you will build your Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. Lord Jesus to the human mind your Church in Syria will be destroyed.

 

Lord Jesus the prayers you give me are kingdom prayers and these look down from heavenly places and see that in all which says otherwise you are still on the throne and building your Church. Lord Jesus the promises of God have never failed yet and never will. The two promises on which this prayer is based are there to be believed.

 

Lord I believe these promises and know that instead of being destroyed your Church in Syria will grow for your blood was shed for all in Syria, even those who as yet do not love you. Lord in your mercy and compassion reach out to all in Syria that all may know the love of God which passes all understanding. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to our God. Amen.

 

26)  SYRIA 22 12 12

 

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

 

St Matthew chapter 11 verse 28

Lord Jesus Christ in the world we will have tribulation but our trust is in you for you have overcome the world. It is written in the Bible “ There remained therefore a rest to the people of God.” Lord may your people learn to cease from their own works and let the Holy Spirit have full control of their lives. May Lord, too, there be a growing realisation throughout the world of the cleansing power of your shed blood and how you change lives when you become Saviour and Lord. Jesus even where there appears no hope you bring hope and transform lives.

 

Jesus there is news that in Syria in Kurdish areas souls have come to know you. Christian work in providing practical help has given opportunities to show films about yourself dear Jesus. One man who could not afford to buy medicine for his child who had cancer placed a rope around his neck but heard a voice speaking to him about what would happen to his family. Lord that could only have been you as the man has come to know you. Not only this Lord but the man took his daughter to the Pastor of a church and she was prayed for and when the daughter was taken to the doctor blood tests showed no trace of cancer. Praise you Lord that the word of God which declares “ I am the Lord that healeth thee” is still as true today as in the days of your earthly ministry.

 

Why can we believe this Lord? It is because it is written in the Bible “ Jesus Christ the same yesterday, to day and forever.” Lord let us be strong in your word to day by acting upon what it declares. Lord praise you that in the midst of Satan doing his worst in Syria you are building your Church as you said you would do. Souls are coming to know you as Saviour and Lord. Lives are being changed too in that one man who has become a Christian was given a chicken by a Pastor but although this man’s family was in need he gave the chicken to another family who he knew to be in greater need.

 

This Lord is your life changing life at work within the life of the believer. In contrast to Satan who will cause people to be self centred and destructive in contrast Jesus place within your people a heart of self sacrifice and compassion, a heart of love for others because it is a heart like you own. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

27)  ISRAEL

 

But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: Ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.


Isaiah chapter 45 verse 17

Lord God Almighty there is no God beside thee. Your Word declares that that I am the Lord and besides me there is none other. Lord your Word is eternal for the Lord Jesus is the Word. What a foundation there is in your Word as Jesus is the rock and this rock will never be moved or crumble. Lord God Almighty there are still those who seek to come against your purposes for Israel. Our confidence is in your Word which states clearly that Israel shall be saved with an everlasting salvation.

 

You have spoken as you know the end from the beginning. Lord in your divine plan your created the nation of Israel again in 1948 with the purpose of fulfilling all the scriptures in relation to the return of the Messiah. Now Lord look at the threatening of those who seek to come against your promises. Will you not Lord honour your Word and keep your people safe? Surely Lord you cannot deny yourself and go against your Word.

 

Lord God Almighty I stand in the gap for Israel and plead with you that your honour is at stake because Israel is in danger and the return of the Messiah threatened. Lord you are Lord and our confidence is in you. Lord you have never failed and I know even in this latest threat you will never fail as Israel is to be saved. This prayer seeks only the honour and glory of our God. Amen.

 

28)  ISRAEL 17 11 12

 

For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; Yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

 

Isaiah Chapter 60 verse 12

Almighty God you made yourself known to Moses by the name I AM THAT I AM for beside you there is none other. Lord God you had made a covenant with Abraham that you would make a great nation through Abraham. Lord God you established a covenant with Abraham that in his son Isaac and his seed the covenant would be established.

 

Lord God you have used Israel to establish your eternal purposes. Lord God your word shows clearly that in the last days you have spoken through your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Lord God your word speaks of Jew and Gentile becoming one in Jesus. Moreover your word states that Jesus (Yeshua to the Jews) will return again to Jerusalem and be accepted as the Messiah of the Jews. Lord God your eternal purposes have still to be completely fulfilled.

 

These can only take place with Jerusalem still standing and Jews living there to welcome the Messiah. Lord God look upon those nations which are seeking to destroy your purposes. Lord God your word states that those nations and kingdoms who will not serve your people will be utterly wasted. Lord God look upon Israel and the Jews at this time and meet them in their need so that both Jerusalem and the Jews are preserved and all scriptures relating to the return of Yeshua will be fulfilled.

 

Lord God your honour is at stake and this prayer seeks only to bring honour to your name. Amen. 

 

29) ISRAEL 18 11 12 

 

I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, Which shall never hold their peace day nor night: Ye that make mention of the LORD, Keep not silence, And give him no rest, Till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

 

Isaiah chapter 62 verses 6 and 7

Lord God you are God. There is none other beside yourself. From everlasting to everlasting you are God. Lord God you inhabit the holy place. Lord you have spoken through the scriptures which are to be believed and acted upon. In them you have spoken of how Jerusalem is central to your purposes.

 

Praise you Lord that you protect Jerusalem and have set watchmen to guard the city. Lord may your intercessors throughout the world call upon you at this time to stand with the Jews and the city of Jerusalem for their preservation.

 

Lord our faith is in you as you cannot deny yourself. What you have declared we know you will honour. Praise you Lord God that Jerusalem is safe because your word declares that one day the heavens will open and the Messiah of the Jews will descend and the Jews will say my God we know thee.

 

This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God as your word is believed. Amen.

30)  ISRAEL 18 02 13 

 

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, So the Lord is round about his people From henceforth even for ever.
 

 

Psalm 125 verse 2

Lord God Almighty your word declares that from everlasting to everlasting you are God. You are the Lord who changes not. What implicit confidence there is in yourself when the Holy Spirit believes through His vessels. It is this implicit confidence which takes hold of the promises of God and knows that what you say Lord is there to be believed and it must be so.  

 

Lord God look at the threats against your people in Jerusalem at this time when other nations are against your people and would seek to do them harm or divide your city.  Lord remember that Jerusalem is the only city in the world which you call your own. Lord look upon your city, Jerusalem, and honour your promise which says that you, the Lord, will be round your people.  

 

Lord your honour is at stake for you need to be true to your promises and protect your people in Jerusalem so that every last covenant promise in relation to Jerusalem and the Jewish people is fulfilled.  Lord God my confidence is in you and you will not fail as your word declares that Jerusalem is where the Messiah will come and the Jews as promised in your word will say my God we know thee and you will call them my people. This prayer seeks to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

 

 

31) ISRAEL 07 04 13 

 

Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the Lord, even thou only. 

 

Isaiah chapter 37 verse 20 

 

O Lord incline thine ear and open thine eyes just as you did when King Hezekiah pleaded with you when the kings of Assyria were threatening Israel and Jerusalem.  O Lord, Hezekiah gave you your rightful place in his prayer for you are the God of Israel, the one who made heaven and earth.  

 

O Lord you are the God of covenant and are bound to your covenant with your people.  O Lord you heard the prayer of Hezekiah and defended your city, the only city where your name dwells, the city of Jerusalem for you said that you would defend Jerusalem and save it for your own sake and for your servant David’s sake.   Furthermore O Lord you said that by the way that he came the king of Assyria would return and not come into your city.  

 

You did this O Lord and destroyed the enemy of your people.  Now O Lord the enemies of your people the Jews are once more coming against you and against your city Jerusalem.   O Lord you have said I am the Lord, I change not.   On the basis of your unchangeable character and on your Word of covenant save Jerusalem and the Jews once more from their enemies so that all the nations of the earth may know that thou art the Lord, even thou only.   

 

This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God.  Amen.

32) ISRAEL  09 05 13

 

At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the Lord; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

 

Jeremiah chapter 3 verse 17

 

 Lord God is any other city likened unto Jerusalem?  Thy Word declares not for in thy Word is found that Jerusalem is thy city, the only city in the whole world which you call your own. 

 

Yet many are the nations which seek to come against your promises in relation to Jerusalem.  They come in vain for Jerusalem thy Word declares is the city to which the Messiah shall return.  Remember Lord God your Word at this time when it is as though the whole world is seeking to defy you by aligning itself with the god of this world, that old serpent Satan.  Lord, our Lord, our God, for it is to thee we look at this time, hear our cry on behalf of your people. 

 

Lord you are the God of covenant.  Lord fulfil all your covenant promises in relation to Jerusalem and the return of the Messiah.  Our trust is in you for who else can we go when Satan stands defiant against the fulfilment of your Word.  We stand firm, unmoved for at your right hand is the one who has all power in heaven and on earth waiting to leave the glory a second time and be received as the Messiah. 

 

This time, Lord, to hear the welcoming sound of my God we know thee.  Not only this, Lord, for your Word declares that nations  shall come no more with evil in their hearts but to worship thee for thou alone are Lord, are God. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to your name.  Amen.

33)  ISRAEL  13 06 13

 

I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely; for mine anger is turned away from him.

 

Hosea chapter 14 verse 4

 

O our God, hear the prayer of  your servant, and his supplications.  O Lord hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord hearken and do.  O Lord  you are the Almighty God.  You hear the cry of your people and answer for  your great mercies sake otherwise they would be consumed by your wrath.  O Lord you have heard.  You have spoken. 

 

You have said you will forgive.  O Lord what a word has been given through your prophet Hosea: a covenant promise from a covenant making and covenant keeping God.  When you could find none other to swear by you have sworn by yourself.  We have sinned and because of our backsliding have justly received our punishment.  O Lord, your mercies are without measure for you forgive as although you abhor sin you have provided the way back to yourself and for the forgiveness of sin. 

 

Love shed freely in our hearts through the love of Christ the Saviour of all who repent.  What a love; divine love, love from the heart of our God.  A love whereby you, Father God and Jesus my Saviour suffered in my place rather than let me suffer.  A love which went to the depths of the separation of the never before broken communication between you my Father and you my Saviour when Jesus you were nailed to the cross of Calvary and the Father could not behold the sin you were carrying as you were made sin. 

 

O Lord, how can I comprehend the depths of your love that my God should die for me.  O God by faith I take hold of this promise that your anger is turned away from Israel and that every one of your covenant promises shall come to pass to bring the Messiah of your people back to  Jerusalem as promised so that together with the completion of the gospel having reached the gentiles your kingdom will have been  established for your glory. 

 

This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God.  Amen.

34) COLUMBIA

 

Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 28 verse 30

Lord Jesus Christ all honour, glory, power , praise and glory is given to your holy name. Blessed Lamb of God you are worthy for you have redeemed us through your own blood.

 

Your blood availed for me and avails for all who call upon your name in repentance for in you there is forgiveness for all who ask. Lord this prayer remembers a man sentenced to 190 years in jail for murder.

 

There is rejoicing in heaven over this sinner who repented.

 

Other Christian prisoners in this prison in Columbia prayed for him daily as they sat outside his cell singing and praying. One night this man believed. Praise you Lord that this man now helps lead the prison church. Lord please continue to use this man to lead others to you.

 

May all in prison in be given the chance of hearing about that repentance and forgiveness is found in you and receive a new life, that life of yourself. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

35)  PHILLIPPINES

 

And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. 

 

St Matthew chapter 10 verse 42

Lord Jesus Christ your heart is full of compassion towards those who are unloved. During your earthly ministry you showed a love like none that had been seen before for this love came from the loving heart of God.

 

Thank you Jesus that wherever you went you dispensed the love of God with a compassion which reached the need of whoever came to you. Jesus in a world in which people are concerned with being self centred may you find those who will let you use them to show that the love and compassion of God can still reach out to those in need. Thank you Jesus that a new centre for children’s and family work has been established in Manila, in the Philippines.

 

This centre is one of five centres in Manila and these provide for more than 1,300 of the poorest children where they can play and learn about the Bible and experience God’s love. Thank you Jesus that volunteers cook and serve more than 1,800 hot meals per week.

 

Praise you Jesus that although many of the children still live in the slums many are given hope through school sponsorship, literacy classes and nutritious food. May each child who comes to the centres find you as their Saviour and Lord and go on to love and serve you for the rest of their lives.

36)  SOMALIA 05 01 13

 

And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 10 verse 4

Lord Jesus Christ how gracious you are towards those who come to you in faith. Lord thank you that all who turn to you will find you. Thank you for your one perfect sacrifice for sin when your own blood was offered so that the sins of repentant sinners can be forgiven. Lord may those who know you as Saviour and Lord never forget the cost to yourself.

 

Jesus there are still millions in many countries who have not been given the opportunity to hear the true message of who you are and what you have done for them. One of these countries is Somalia. Just like the faithful prayers of Cornelius there have been those who have faithfully prayed for a turning to you in Somalia.

 

Lord may those who have prayed faithfully for Somalia hear that their prayers have been answered and the Holy Spirit turn the hearts of Somali’s to the living God as found in yourself. Lord Jesus this prayer gives you the pre eminence in Somalia. This prayer seeks only to give bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

37)  BRAZIL 8 10 12

 

And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

 

St Mark chapter 6 verse 34

Lord Jesus Christ no one has compassion like you. Although we had gone astray you became the shepherd who sought to bring us back to God. There is none like yourself dear Lord for you love us with an everlasting love as you laid your life down for the sheep. Blessed Jesus may our hearts always respond to you with a love which never grows cold.

 

When we realise what it cost you to obtain our salvation we can never be the same for you were nailed to the cross for me and paid the price for my sin with your own precious blood. In the light of the cross everything else pales into insignificance. Lord may other sheep who do not know you as their shepherd come to accept you as Lord and Saviour and repent of their sin and be cleansed by your blood. This prayer remembers especially Jemerson who ran away from My Father’s House in Olinda in Brazil.

 

Jemerson’s mother is in prison and all other known relatives are involved in drug use and dealing. Jemerson was soon back on dr ugs and caught trying to sell them. He is now in a government detention centre for young offenders and for the time being is not allowed any visitors. Lord Jesus what a tragedy this is for you died for Jemerson’s sin and the sins of all who live in rebellion to your offer of repentance and forgiveness.

 

Lord please bring revelation to Jemerson’s heart so that he can be set free from the devil’s grasp and receive a new life; one of your own resurrection life. Lord Jesus Christ you are the eternal Son of God who loved us and gave His life for all who will believe on you. Lord your blood has been shed for whosoever will come to you in faith to receive the cleansing of their sin if only they will repent. In a world with numerous gods Lord it is only your blood which can reconcile sinners with your Father. Lord sin still cuts billions of souls off from God. Help those Lord who look to share you with others. One such group is from Iglesia Santiago Apostol church in Chile.

 

On the last Wednesday of each month a small group goes out with coffee and sandwiches.

 

This is to get to know the people in the neighbourhood and to have good conversations with them regarding their lives and those of the outreach group. As a result of this outreach two women have come to the church and the group are learning how to share their faith in a friendly way.

 

Lord Jesus please stir your Church throughout the world to use all means in order to reach out to those who do not know you in response to your command to take the gospel to every creature. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

2 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 3

Lord Jesus Christ our whole beings need to worship you with all of our heart if we are to know that deep satisfaction of a life given to you. Lord you gave your all for us so we need to give our all to you. Lord no one has loved like you for you have opened the way for reconciliation with the Father. Our sins which were many have found forgiveness when we repented of our sin and received the cleansing of your blood.

 

O the blood Lord how precious it is for without the shedding of your blood there would have been no forgiveness. Lord Jesus may we never forget the cost to you of the forgiveness of our sins. May we constantly have upon us in prayer those who do not know forgiveness because they have not heard of you and pray that they will be given the chance to repent.

 

In Chile a new church leader training programme called Semillero ( which means seedbed ) has started. This is to give those who may be interested in going into ministry but do not have the basic abilities for handling the Bible. Semillero aims to establish a foundation so that those trained will know how to evangelise and to do basic discipleship one to one using the word of God. Lord may there be many who through this training will be able to share the gospel message with those who do not know you and souls turn from sin to receive you as their Lord and Saviour.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.


Isaiah chapter 26 verse 3

Lord Jesus Christ you are our peace for you have removed the partition between God and mankind. Through your one perfect offering for sin you have restored communication between God and mankind for those who will accept God’s way. Thank you Jesus for giving your blood for the remission of sin. It is your blood alone which could reconcile sinners with a holy and righteous God. Praise you Jesus that there is no need for further sacrifices as heaven is now opened to all believers.

 

O that sinners would accept the offer of reconciliation by repenting of their sin and asking you to be their Saviour. Jesus there is life, your own resurrection life available to all who will come to you. In a world which brings pain and despair you have the answer to all mankind’s woes. Jesus this prayer brings before you those who are suicidal. Jesus in your love and mercy draw to yourself those who despair of life and are afraid to go on.

 

Remember those in Arica in Chile who have start ed to come to church in a town known for its many suicide attempts. Lord Jesus reign in these lives and destroy the works of the devil in troubling their minds. May these dear ones keep their minds on you and have the perfect peace which is promised in the word of God. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

41) TIBET 03 11 12

 

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

Romans chapter 5 verse 1

Lord Jesus Christ what joy we have to know that we are justified by faith. Not by works lest we should boast but solely resting in the knowledge that our only justification in the sight of a holy and righteous God is in you and you alone. Can we ever thank you enough Lord Jesus for you loved us so much as to die in our place. O to have this assurance that for those who have accepted that you are the only way to God there is peace with God. Lord there is no peace outside of yourself.

 

This is evidenced in Tibet where there are reports of Buddhist monks and nuns taking their own lives. Peace is only found through reconciliation with God by the way of repentance and faith that you came into the world to save sinners. Lord in your mercy give the people of Tibet the chance of finding you as their Saviour. Here is news that some of the Lisu people from China are not only reaching Tibetans but in training Tibetan Christians to reach their own people. Lord Jesus may every means available be used to reach every part of Tibet with the Gospel. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Lord Jesus Christ you are Lord. You Lord are the eternal Son of God. Lord you are very God of very God, begotten not made. O Jesus, blessed Saviour of all who come to you in repentance and faith in your finished work of the one perfect offering for sin for ever may our song rise to you both now and always. Jesus you are worthy to receive glory and honour and power and blessing for ever and for ever.

 

Bless you Jesus for you are the risen Christ who has all power in heaven and upon earth. Lord there is an enemy well known to you who seeks to rob you of your glory by keeping souls for whom you have died from coming out of darkness into your marvellous light. Jesus you said that you are the light of the world yet the god of this world seeks to keep souls in the chains of everlasting darkness and condemn them to an eternity in hell. Lord one such devise of the god of this world is through Buddhism.

 

It is reported that there are only a few scattered underground fellowships in Tibet . Not only this Lord but it is said that very young children are taken from their homes and placed in monasteries to be trained for five years. They are given a ceremonial bowl made from a human skull, charms to ward off dogs and other objects to keep away ignorance, passion and aggression. The training entails memorizing 300 Buddhist scriptures before entering a world to serve using omens and demons. Lord Jesus the horrors of all this is beyond belief as the scriptures state that you were manifested to destroy the works of the devil. Lord this is a work of the devil as there are around 2,000 monasteries and 50,000 monks.

 

Lord Jesus Christ all of the Bible has been written to be believed and acted upon. Because the Bible is to believed I believe that you have already destroyed the works of the devil at Calvary’s cross. Now Lord in your mercy and because you are God and your honour is at stake because the god of this world through Buddhism is standing in the way of the spread of the gospel in Tibet honour your word Lord when you said I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. The gates of hell have prevailed for centuries in Tibet. Is this not your time, Lord, to honour your words and become the light of those who sit in the darkness of Buddhism.

 

Lord bring Tibetans to yourself in great numbers so that you will see of the travail of your soul and be satisfied to the glory of God the Father. This prayer seeks to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

43)  KENYA 27 11 12  

 

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.

 

2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 18

Lord Jesus Christ thank you for becoming the one perfect offering for sin. Through your blood, Lord, those who repent of their sin can be reconciled with a holy and righteous God. Thank you, Lord, that this ministry is still available today for whoever will accept you as their Saviour.

 

This prayer remembers people who live in Kibera, the vast settlement outside Nairobi in Kenya. Lord there are hundreds of thousands of souls who live there without sanitation services, clean water or electricity. Lord there are souls who do not know you. Praise you, Lord, that two new churches have started.

 

Two local men, Godfrey and Moses trained for leadership at Carlile College in Nairobi. Godfrey began a home group in February with seven members. This has grown to over 80 adults and 60 children. This has now become St John’s church. The church planted by Moses has 18 people and is called St Elizabeth’s.

 

There are further plans to reach other Kibera residents with God’s love through a café that will provide opportunities for employment and evangelism. Lord please continue to build your Church amongst these people who have little of this worlds goods to your praise and glory. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

 

2 Corinthians chapter 8 verse 9

Lord Jesus Christ thank you. Just to know that you who are the Lord of glory was prepared to leave the glory of heaven and humble yourself unto death, even the death of the cross is enough to demand my soul, my life, my all. Thank you Lord for the cleansing of your blood. Thank you Lord for the power of the risen Christ; for it is the power of the risen Christ which enables us to face all life’s tests and to be more than conquerors.

 

This prayers remembers the team of goal ball players from Gahini hospital and secondary school in Rwanda who entered the national goal ball championships for blind people. Although the team did not do as well this year they were learning to lose with grace.

 

The goal ball leader ( who is totally blind and an orphan) said, “ Do not worry. Our God is big. We shall not be defeated by this.” Lord may all of the body of Christ throughout the world grow in the knowledge and love of yourself to have a graciousness just like your own.

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.


2 Corinthians chapter 9 verse 8

Lord Jesus Christ you are worthy to receive glory and honour and power and blessing for you have washed us with your own blood. Have the pre eminence Lord in your Church, your body of living stones.

 

For as we are crucified with you blessed Saviour you live in and through us to the glory of God the Father. May we prove day by day that we have all sufficiency in all things which abound to every good work. Lord be all in all to the eight young people who decided to follow you during a youth camp this summer. The camp was held in Kigali diocese in Rwanda. Praise you, Lord, that thirty more people came to know you at a youth event.

 

It is to you dear Lord that the young people are giving service whilst building houses for orphaned families. Lord be with each of these new believers so that they may grow in grace and the knowledge and love of yourself.

 

May their lives continue to be fruitful for in that they serve others they are serving you. Lord may young people in western society also both come to know you and give their lives to be used in your service and meeting the needs of others. This prayer seeks to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

46) TANZANIA 04 12 12

 

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

 

St Mark chapter 11 verse 22

Lord Jesus Christ when you are at the centre of our lives we know all will be well. In these days God is treated as someone to keep asking from Him rather than acknowledging Him for who He is and making Him the one to whom we need to give the worship of our hearts for who He is rather than what He can do.

 

Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for who you are: the eternal Son of God, the one who is co equal with the Father and not as nearly all versions of the Bible make out to be a son of the gods.

 

Lord show people that as The King James Authorised Version translation contains that you are God and not a god among numerous other gods. If you were not God we would have no hope for there would have been no forgiveness of sin or eternal life.

 

Thank you, Lord, our confidence is in you as God for you alone could make the offering for sin and those who know the cleansing of your blood can enter into the holiest of all knowing that they have received eternal life. Praise you, Lord, that once w e know you as our Saviour you want us to make you Lord of our lives.

 

No longer I but Christ who lives in me. William, a deaf waiter in the Neema Crfts café in Iringa, Tanzania knows how you have cared for him. Once he had to sleep on the streets but now his family respect him as breadwinner and he is to marry next year.

 

Lord as we place our trust in you then we have the faith of God to rest in the perfect will of God to be worked in and through us day by day. Lord may we hunger and thirst after you continually and never be stationery in our faith. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

 

Revelation chapter 5 verse 12

Lord Jesus Christ, blessed Lamb of God our hearts are lifted to you in praise. Truly we can say along with the redeemed throughout the ages “ Worthy is the Lamb.”

 

Lord you alone are worthy for you have washed and cleansed by your own blood all who have ask you to be their Saviour and Lord.

O the blood, the precious blood, the blood which washes even the foulest sinner clean.

 

May all who have called upon you to be saved throughout the world never forget the cost to yourself in order to reconcile them to God. Lord, day by day may we look to you and in doing so become more like yourself. Lord please be with those in Mission Chaqena in Northern Argentina.

 

They have been greatly tested as after the death of their pastor, Marcelino the newly appointed lay leader Emiliano Diaz fell ill and died. Lord please be with the interim leader Eliezer Vasquez. Although Eliezer has little training or experience he is said to be a good man. Lord please lead the Church in Mission Chaquena into a deeper life with yourself. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

48) ERITREA 15 12 12

 

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

 

St Matthew chapter 16 verse 24

Lord Jesus Christ you have shown what God’s love is, for this is sacrificial love. It is written that there is no greater love than this that a man lay down his life for his friends. Lord you laid down your life so that all who will repent of their sin and accept you as their Saviour will be forgiven their sin and receive eternal life.

 

Thank you Jesus. Lord may we who know you always keep before us the cost to yourself for it was your blood that had to be offered as the only means of reconciling sinners with a holy, righteous and pure God. Lord let our love towards you never grow cold. May we always ask for the will of God to be done in our lives day by day no matter what the cost. For some of our brethren this has brought persecution and for some martyrdom. This is the case for our brethren in Eritrea.

 

Jesus, blessed Jesus, the dear ones who have chosen to follow you in Eritrea love you more than life itself. As they deny themselves and take up their cross and follow you be everything to them even if they have to die for you. Lord may the blood of the martyrs be the seed of the church in Eritrea as your Church is built to the glory of God the Father.

 

May all who love you Jesus stand with our brothers and sisters who are persecuted for you throughout the world. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

49) INDONESIA  23 12 12

 

And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

 

Daniel chapter 11 verse 32

Lord Jesus Christ you are Lord of lords and King of kings. You alone dear and blessed Jesus are the way to God because it is written that you said “ I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” Lord because it is written then it is so.

 

Thank you Lord Jesus for the power of your shed blood to reconcile all repentant sinners with God. None need perish if only they will believe and accept you as Saviour and Lord. Ribur a sister in the Lord lives on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. Ribur comes from a Christian family. She went to villages along with a man named Roy in order to teach organic farming methods. Ribur also spoke about yourself Jesus.

 

One day, tough, Ribur was beaten by the villagers and both herself and Roy were arrested because of speaking about yourself. Both Ribur and Roy were kept in jail for 60 days after which they were released without being charged. Lord, Ribur and Roy were counted worthy to suffer for your name. Lord Jesus may both Ribur and Roy remain strong in you and be used to do exploits to help breakdown Satan’s stronghold in Indonesia so that there will be a strong and vibrant Church in a country which as yet does not give you the pre eminence.

50)  NORTH KOREA 02 01 13

 

And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus, for, behold, he prayeth.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 9 verse 11

Lord Jesus Christ the ways of God cannot be understood through human thinking. Saul had been intent on destroying the Church, that body of believers who had accepted you as Saviour and Lord. Lord by grace and not judgement you had brought Saul to a knowledge of yourself.

 

Likewise with all who come to know you it is by grace as the sinner comes to see that it is your blood alone which washes the sinner clean. Lord you had a great purpose for Saul to take the gospel to the Gentiles. Lord you have said that you will build your Church and the gates of hell will not prevail.

 

The gates of hell just like Saul was doing to the first believers are doing their utmost to prevent your Church being built in North Korea. Lord in your mercy will you not show the same grace to the people of North Korea as you did to Saul. Lord please give the North Korean people the chance to come to know you as Saviour and Lord. Lord Jesus hear the prayers of those North Korean’s who are believing for the gates of hell to be overcome and a mighty move of the Holy Spirit open the hearts of the North Korean people to come to know you as Saviour and Lord.

 

Lord when this takes place call apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers to be able to build up the new believers in the knowledge and love of yourself . This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

51) UZBEKISTAN 12 01 13

 

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.


James chapter 2 verse 19

Lord Jesus Christ you are exalted far above every principality and power and every name that is named both in heaven and on earth. Lord your pre eminence is proclaimed to every devil in the knowledge that as James has written they believe and tremble. Lord Jesus Christ take the pre eminence in Uzbekistan.  This country Lord does at present give you the pre eminence and is a stronghold of Satan as it seeks to prevent you being made known as God, Saviour and Lord. Lord Jesus you died on Calvary’s cross for every soul in Uzbekistan so that each one can be reconciled with a holy and righteous God as the Bible shows that you alone are the only way to God.  Lord this prayer has implicit confidence in you that you will build your Church in Uzbekistan as your Word states that you will build your Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. Lord all the glory is yours. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen. 

52)  LAOS 13 01 13 

 

I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations. 

 

Psalm 57 verse 9

Lord Jesus Christ my cup runs over with joy for you are my life for in you is found life. No one else could have made the one perfect sacrifice for sin. Lord Jesus, blessed Lamb of God my heart is filled with thanksgiving for all that you have done in providing so great salvation. Lord how can anyone fail to not want to know you and accept the offer of forgiveness of sin.

 

Yet Lord in a world in which the god of this world blinds souls so that you are not seen for who you are Lord please remember your covenant promises. Lord it was your blood which was shed for all sinners. Lord you rose from the dead to become the first born from the dead. Yet Lord in these days many souls have not had the opportunity to have heard of who you are and what you have done for them. Yet Lord you gave the command to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

 

Lord your honour is at stake whilst this command remains unfulfilled. There are millions of souls in Laos who have not had the opportunity to hear the gospel message. Lord will you not keep your Word and ensure that this is fulfilled? Jesus be pre eminent in Laos. This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen. 

53)  SPAIN

 

And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

 

St Matthew Chapter 4 verse 19

Lord Jesus Christ you are everything to me, even more than the ministry to which you have called me into. May all of us who have been called into your service put you first , others second, the ministry third and ourselves last. This prayer remembers our missions partner  in Spain. He was stopped by a police officer and this turned into a chance to share the glorious message of the gospel. We are not ashamed to share the glorious gospel message Lord Jesus Christ for we know that it is the power of God unto salvation for all who will believe.

 

The message was well received but Jesus I look beyond the message being well received and claim this officer to come to a saving knowledge of yourself. There is also a request from Chris for prayer for Fatima who is a new believer in you Jesus from an Arab background. We are told that Fatima has to keep her faith a secret by reading the Bible a few pages at a time before sealing the pages in a plastic bag and hiding them in the toilet cistern. Lord Jesus Christ praise you for the work of the Holy Spirit who is drawing many Arabs to yourself.

 

This prayer believes that during this generation millions throughout the world will come to know you from Islam as you make yourself known to them through visions and dreams. Lord Jesus Christ there is believing too through the Holy Spirit that the time is coming when there will no longer be the need to be a secret believer as there will be Churches where those who love you can meet in your name even in Islamic countries where at present it is forbidden to meet in your name.

 

Lord Jesus Christ to you be all praise, glory, power and blessing for you are the Lamb of God who was slain for all people including those at present held in the darkness off Islam. Lord Jesus Christ thank you that you are building your Church and the gates of hell through Islam will not prevail. This prayer seeks to bring honour and glory to your holy and blessed name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

54) MINICOY 31 10 12

 

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

 

Psalm 27 verse 1

Lord Jesus Christ you are the light of the world; you are the way, the truth and the life. Through you Lord is the only way to God, for the Word of God declares this and the Word of God is there to be acted upon. Lord Jesus you laid your life down for all sinners and can we ever thank you enough because every last drop of your blood was shed so that whosoever will come to you and repent of their sin and be cleansed through your blood will receive forgiveness of their sin.

 

O Lord to know you as God, as Saviour and as Lord. It is being brought into the banqueting house of God and knowing that the banner over us is love. Lord Jesus this is life, for it is the life which you offer every sinner in the world who will accept your offer. In your mercy Lord grant those from other religions who live in fear of accepting you as God, as Saviour and as Lord the help to trust you and embrace the way of the cross which you accepted on their behalf.

 

This is asked on the behalf of over 10,000 islanders on Minicoy. Lord there are no known believers on this island because of fear. Lord fear is not of you but of the devil and you were manifested to destroy the works of the devil. Will you not destroy the works of the devil so that your word will be fulfilled in Minicoy; for you said I will build my Church and the gates of hell will not prevail. This prayer seeks only to give honour to the name of our God. Amen.

These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

 

Acts of the Apostles chapter 1 verse14

Lord Jesus Christ what a joy to know that you dwell in us and we dwell in you the moment we opened the door of our lives to you. We can say glory to the blood, the precious blood which has cleansed us from all sin. 

 

What blessed assurance to know that Jesus is mine. Praise you Lord that in you we live and move and have our being. Day by day we can rejoice in so great salvation for your resurrection life now in dwells us and our thoughts centred on yourself. Praise you Jesus that the more we come to love you the more we want others to come to know you. Thank you Jesus that the opportunity of sharing about you has come to Sunmaya in Nepal.

 

Although up to five years ago Sunmaya would barely have been given any chance of being in church leadership because she is a woman this has now changed. Sunmaya has been given the responsibility by her church over children’s and youth ministry. She also preaches and teaches and disciples others.

Through her testimony all her family have come to know you Jesus. Hundreds of women in Nepal are able to use their gifts to benefit Nepali churches thanks to the Leadership Training Department of the National Churches Fellowship of Nepal. Lord Jesus all praise be to you . May the development of women’s ministry in Nepal enable further growth in your Church and the reaching out to the unreached with the gospel. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

 

56)  NEPAL 28 11 12 

 

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you.

 

2 Corinthians chapter 6 verse 17

Lord Jesus Christ you are worthy to receive glory and honour for you have redeemed us through your own blood. It is in the blood that we find life for without the cleansing of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. Lord Jesus having made the one perfect offering for sin you triumphed over death and Satan.

 

Praise God that you are the risen Christ. Lord you are Lord of all for to you every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that you are Lord to the glory of God the Father.  

 

Lord even witchdoctors will have to bend the knee and acknowledge you as Lord whether it be in life or in death. Praise you Lord that two witchdoctors have come to know you in Nepal. Deuti, a woman had been sick for a long time.

Reena and Suman Khadgi who are mission partners. When they heard of Deuti they prayed and fasted for three days for her healing.Deuti was both healed and accepted Jesus. Sher, a male witchdoctor also came to know Jesus after being healed from illness.  

 

Praise you Lord that Sheis now becoming a local Christian leader.

Both Deuti and Sher have thrown away their witchdoctor supplies. Lord there is both forgiveness of sin and healing through your atonement. May there be many who come out from being witch doctors to find healing both in Nepal and throughout the world. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to the name of our God. Amen.

 

57)  NEPAL 10 12 12 

 

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
 

1 Peter chapter 5 verse 7

Lord Jesus Christ no one cares as much as you. You cared so much that you were prepared to die in the place of sinners. What love is in your heart that when we were without hope you came to our rescue. When we were condemned because of our sin you took our sin and it was nailed to the cross. The just died for the unjust.  What manner of love is ours that we should be called the sons of God.

 

All Lord because you took our place. Lord thank you for dying in my place. May all who call themselves Christian always remember that you are God and reverence you. Thank you Jesus for the cleansing power of your blood. Thank you L rd for your resurrection life. Thank you Lord that it is written that you will not leave us or forsake us. Lord a young woman and her son in Nepal have known what it is to be lonely.  Chinimaya has found you as her Saviour and in doing so has found a new life. 

 

Although her husband left her a month after they were married never to return Chinimaya has found that you have become the centre of her life.

Jesus there are numerous lonely people throughout the world who do know you. Lord it is written to ask and it shall be given unto you. I ask, Lord, on behalf of those who are lonely that you will give them the chance of coming to know you as Saviour and Lord.  It is only in you that we find peace and purpose as are the resurrection and the life, the only one who can fill the God shaped void within each one of our lives.

This prayer seeks only to bring honour and glory to the name of our God. Amen.

58) NEPAL

 

Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God.

Ephesians chapter 2 verse 19

Lord Jesus Christ you are the centre of my life. You have given your all when you became the one perfect sacrifice for sin for ever. Yet you are still despised and rejected by the majority of people throughout the world. Even those who call themselves Christian are not prepared to walk the God given way of the cross. Lord Jesus you have called us to deny ourselves and take up our cross and follow you.

 

Only when you find those who will go all the way with yourself will the gospel message be made know amongst people groups where none or few know you.  Lord there are 20,000 Tibetan refugees in Nepal. They are a despised minority with no legal status. Among the Sherpa people in the Everest region, there is not a single church. Jesus you died for these Tibetan refugees just as much as you died for me.

Out of the love of your heart dear Lord give the Tibetan refugees the same chance of knowing you as I was given. Jesus please call workers to reach these refugees by all means possible and impossible. This prayer seeks to bring honour to your name. Amen.

 

59) NEPAL

 

But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.

2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 10

Lord Jesus Christ how can we ever thank you enough both in time or eternity for not only all that you have done for us but all that you mean to us. When we consider what you have done for us we are lost in wonder, love and praise . Although God you left heaven’s glory and came to earth in order to reconcile sinners who had been cut off from a holy God who could not look upon sin. At what cost, though, dear Jesus.

 

Despised and rejected; betrayed and spat upon; a crown of thorns on your head instead of the crown which was your right; the sinless one made sin for us hell deserving sinners, yet out of your loving heart you said not a word in defence but set your face to the cross having drunk the bitter cup of the sin which had cut us off from God. Lord Jesus it was my sin which made you go to the cross. Out of a heart of love, the love of a merciful God, you were prepared to shed your blood for me and all who will come to you for the cleansing of their sin through your blood.

 

From the depths of my heart I love you dear Jesus for there is no one like yourself, so loving and filled with compassion. Praise you Jesus that your love and compassion still reaches out to sinners who will repent of their sin and ask for cleansing through your precious blood. In a world which is hostile to you and rejects the need to repent and be washed through your blood the news from Nepal is a cause of great rejoicing. It is stated that in 1952 there were just 29 believers when the first church was started.

 

Through suffering whilst identified with your own suffering, profound prayerfulness and vibrant evangelism it is said that there are now close to one million believers. Lord Jesus Christ this is a miracle in our day and encourages us to believe in prayer that what has taken place in Nepal will take place throughout the world in the sure and certain knowledge that your blood has not been shed in vain and that the great commission of preaching the gospel to every creature will be fulfilled. Glory to the blood. This prayer seeks only to bring honour to your name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

60 ) PERU 06 02 13 

 

The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.

 

2 Samuel chapter 22 verse 47

Lord Jesus Christ you are the rock upon which my life is to be built for all other foundations are sinking sand. May I live and move and have my being so that you are at the centre and are given the pre eminence.

 

Lord be glorified in my life and exalted over every area be it possessions, friendships, comforts, reputation, family, health or even life itself. Rise, Lord, into thy proper place of honour even above my ambitions. For it is when you are all in all and that all has been crucified with you that I live moment by moment with you in the heavenly places for where you are so am I for it is you and not I who lives within me by the power of your spirit.

 

May there be a growing hunger for all of yourself too by those who are your Church. Lord place a desire to seek all you have to give of yourself in the hearts also of fifteen young people in Juliaca, Peru who responded to your call on their lives. Acts of the Apostles chapter 16 verse 9

 

Lord Jesus Christ what words we have here in come over and help us.  Words of need.  Words expressing a deep longing to receive something which can meet the need.  Lord help your servant to know where the greatest need is at this time. 

 

May your servant hear the cry from those who have the greatest need of hearing about yourself.  Thank you Lord that you have a perfect plan for bringing to completion your command to take the gospel to every creature. 

 

Thank you Holy Spirit that you know this plan and as I am your vessel you will fulfil this to make known a Savior who can save from all sin.

62) JERUSALEM, ISRAEL

 

I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, and give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

 

Isaiah chapter 62 verses 6 and 7

 

Almighty and Everlasting God you are divine in nature, glorious in majesty and sovereign in power. What you declare must be so for one word from yourself is sufficient to demand obedience. O God incline thine ear to thy servant and remember thine own word regarding the only city which you call your own. Hear O God the mocking of those who despise you and the people who you call your own.

 

There are those nations who would seek to come against your purposes. Whatever the despising, whatever the threats against your city Jerusalem and your people remember, O God, your word and honor your word for your honor is at stake. O God should you not honor your word and watch over Jerusalem and your people how can we trust you again? O God you will not fail for this is not in your nature. Keep your watchmen vigilant in prayer which ascends to thy throne as a sweet smelling savor. Prayer of authority, offered through the Holy Spirit through the name of your beloved Son Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer based on your word and made through the Holy Spirit offered in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ is sure to avail for Satan knows his place and cannot overcome your word when in conjunction with the Holy Spirit. This is the prayer of the overcomers who love not their lives for they only love you and worship you O God in spirit and in truth. Prayer which demands and commands and so moves your heart you cannot say no.

 

Prayer which will make Jerusalem a praise in the earth, bring the return to earth of the Lord Jesus Christ and establish the kingdom of God. 

 

This prayer is offered with sure and certain confidence of being answered as it is offered in the name above all others that of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

63)  Somalia Prayer Issues: September 2014 Prayer Newsletter

 

Dear friends, followers, supporters and fellow workers of SCM. Here is what is happening at Somali Christian Ministries:

 

Plans for a radio program are underway

 

Somali Christian Ministries has accepted the Lord’s invitation to produce a radio program that will be beamed into Somalia. The Lord is using another established ministry that will provide the infrastructure and communications equipment to broadcast the messages into Somalia (this other ministry will remain a silent partner). The messages will be in the Somali language. Currently SCM has plans to call the radio program “Message of Hope” and it will be broadcast under the banner of Somali Christian Ministries. At this time the plans are to provide a 15 minute broadcast aired once a week into Somalia in the Somali language.

 

Prayer request: Please ask the Lord to strengthen us to do this work. Ask that He will continue to provide the volunteers to record, write and respond. Pray that that the Lord will provide for those doing the work. Pray that the devil’s plans and attacks will be destroyed and that the Word of God will go forward and that Jesus Christ Himself will build His church through us.

 

Increased interest in website

 

I have given up trying to figure out how many hits and visits and downloads SCM is getting on their website. And maybe it is just as well not to know. The Word of God is going out and Somalis are getting saved and growing in their faith and whether one Somali visits our site every month or 1,000 visit the site each day – we are blessed that God is at work saving souls and helping people grow in their faith through our ministry. Suffice it to say traffic to the site is increasing.

 

Prayer request: Pray that God would send more technical people to do the website and other technically related work. Pray that God would continue to use SCM and that the enemies of Christ would be silenced and pushed aside.

 

 John’s contribution to the work of the Lord

 

John, a Somali Christian, living somewhere on the planet earth (J ), has provided some recorded and written messages in English and those are being listened to more than the other materials. It is our hope at SCM that the work and material from Somali Christians will eclipse the other work and material provided on the website.

 

Prayer request: Pray that John will continue to provide messages for the website and that God would give John the message He wants John to record and write. Pray that more written material in Somali would appear.

 

James – another Somali Christian

 

James is another Somali Christian living on the planet earth (J) who is also wanting to provide messages for the website and provide responses to inquirers to the website material. He also is interested in recording messages in the Somali language for the planned radio ministry. Hallelujah!

 

Prayer request: Pray the James would be able to find the time to do the work and be provided for while he works for the Lord. SCM is really interested in seeing James work full-time in the ministry.

 

Update on Liz and Marty

 

Two of Pastor Andrew’s children are affected with a disease (Spino Cerebellar Ataxia) that affects their coordination – the ability to walk, talk, eat, etc. Liz is in an institutional home where she is provided with 24/7 care

 

7 days a week. Marty is in Grade 12 and starting to show symptoms such as difficulty walking and balancing.

 

Prayer request: Please pray for God to continue blessing us with the strength to deal with these difficult issues and the wisdom to know how best to take care of the children we have been given. Children are a blessing from the Lord – even when they are afflicted. Pray we would continue to love them and care them as we do our other children.

 

Solomon the wise

 

Solomon – a Somali seeker – continues to encourage Pastor Andrew in the ministry to the Somalis and to be a friend in the work. However, Solomon has yet to confess Christ openly or perhaps even ask Christ into his life. Solomon’s friendship is very meaning to Pastor Andrew.

 

Pray request: Please continue to pray for Solomon that he would see that Christ is the only answer for peace and joy for his soul.

 

Hawaa – a missing daughter

 

Those of you who have read the material provided on the website by Hawaa – a Somali Christian woman – will be struck that God is really alive in her life and has given her great wisdom in the things of God and a strong faith to withstand many attacks from the enemy.

 

Prayer request:  Please pray that Hawaa – who Pastor Andrew still considers his daughter in the Lord – would resurface and provide more material for the website. Her testimonies and teachings reached many people and provided wonderful encouragement to Somali Christians and others.

 

Moving forward

 

Pastor Andrew is not a paid staff at SCM – his work and labor is an offering to the Lord and is done free of charge. He does get reimbursed for certain expenses to do with the ministry – website hosting costs, some mileage, other office expenses. There are more expenses on the horizon such as redesigning the website and contracting the website designer to provide ongoing services – as well as other office and travelling costs associated with developing the radio program.

 

Prayer request: Please pray that the Lord would provide the resources for the work at hand. We believe He will provide but Jesus has instructed us to ask and it shall be given. 

64)  USA PRAYER

 

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14

 

Father thy word is to be believed and acted upon. The National Day of Prayer in the United States is an opportunity to repent of the sins which have and are still taking place in what was once a nation which looked to be obedient to thy Word. In these days your Word is not being believed and acted upon and is even being disobeyed. Father may the Holy Spirit descend upon these prayer meetings and cause there to be a cry of repentance, a humbling, to seek you earnestly to the extent of turning from the wicked ways which have come into the nation. Father according to your promises in the scripture upon which this prayer is based then you will forgive and bring your healing. Father bring about a realisation that when the conditions you give are met then the promises you give will be fulfilled. This prayer is made as in your Son Jesus Christ on the basis that you will answer and receive all the glory through Him. Amen.

 

SECOND PRAYER

 

But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him

Psalm 4:3

 

Father grant unto your friend Pastor Saeed confidence in yourself as a prayer hearing and prayer answering God as is found in thy Word through thy servant David. Humanly speaking Pastor Saeed is in prison in Iran yet just as your servant Paul when in prison in Rome Pastor Saeed can move you in prayer to do that which is in line with your plan at this time.

 

He can also be a mighty influence for the restoration of Biblical Christianity to claim its rightful place and pull down the usurper, the devil’s stronghold of the emergining church and the accommodation gospel. Father the false jesus who is none other than the devil has done his worst: you did your best when in love you gave your Son to be the only acceptable offering for sin in His atoning death of giving His own precious blood to make clean repentant sinners. Father Pastor Saeed is a living martyr.

 

The intercession of your Son is being made through Pastor Saeed. Hear that intercession and bring the United States to repentance and the restoration of Biblical Christianity. This prayer is for your glory alone, Father, for it is offered through your Son Jesus Christ. Amen.

64)  PRAYER - Convert

Abba Father what a living relationship is given with the living, loving God when we have been given a glorious entrance into your presence through the one perfect offering made by your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. What peace, what joy, what unmeasurable love is ours when we have experienced that we have been taken out of the way and Jesus became our substitute.

 

Father how can we ever thank you enough for your love in providing Jesus to die instead of us for our forgiveness and now living instead of us for our deliverance. Grant Father that more from Islam will just as Rifqa Bary in the personal testimony recorded here will find the living, loving God which she has found. This prayer is asked in the name you cannot deny that of your Son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, not for the glory of man, only for that the Father shall be glorified in the Son. Amen.

Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.

Almighty and Everlasting God may your people be wholly separated unto yourself in these days determined to show that they are on the Lord’s side. Separated from the shame, the dishonour, the weakness and misery which would seek to keep them away from your presence. For to be in your presence is the beginning of revival for in your presence is fullness of joy. Cups run over and worries disappear.

 

Thanksgiving and singing fill our hearts and power is ours to undertake every task. Keep Lord your people wholly separated from sin for no sin is allowed into your presence. May your people be continuously kept clean through the precious blood of your Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Likewise, Lord, grant the boldness of extravagant asking when man says no to say God says yes. This extravagant asking is for a harvest of souls to be brought to repentance of sin and the cleansing of their hearts through the blood of Jesus in both The Maldives and North Korea.

 

Furthermore Lord for Bibles to be supplied for those who will receive Jesus as Saviour and for these new believers to be able to meet to worship in His name. This is extravagant asking which you cannot deny. In the Spirit this is already done for this is asked in the name which is above every other name in heaven and on earth that of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ so that the Father will be glorified in the Son. Amen.   

 

66)  27 11 15 END TIME SITUATION WORLDWIDE

Almighty God how true these words are in these days. In 1968 a woman aged 90 in Norway had a prophecy which seemed unlikely to come to pass as it spoke of peoples from poor countries who would stream into Europe. At that time there was no such thing as immigration. O God this is now being fulfilled. There was a warning though that there would be so many of them that people would begin to dislike them and become hard with them. O God you knew all about this and have brought this to take place to fulfil your own purpose.

 

Use this opportunity to reach this vast number of people who can now hear the Gospel message and receive the Bible for them to read. O God do a supernatural work amongst these people streaming into Europe who may not have had the opportunity to come to know the salvation in your Son Jesus Christ had they stayed in their own countries. O God your ways are perfect. Bring these to completion as we look for the return of your Son to  earth to reign in glory. Amen.

 

22 02 16 - Prayer

International

 

Forbear thee from God, who is with me that he destroy thee not.

2 Chronicles 35:21

 

O God these words were spoken by Necho the heathen king of Egypt to Josiah king of Judah. These were words of warning to Josiah. However, Josiah chose to ignore the warning and went to the battle and was killed by an arrow.

 

That arrow was directed by yourself for the moment Josiah disobeyed his reign as king was finished. This is the same today when those who know you chose to go their own way then you can do no more with them. O God what of nations too? There is one which used to be mightily used by yourself for taking the glorious gospel message to other nations. Now that nation like king Josiah has ignored your warnings.

 

A nation once mighty through God to bring the news of a Saviour who died for sinners has become a nation which has rebelled against yourself. Rebelled by interfering in human affairs in other nations. A nation which thinks it rules the world and has sought to take the place of the Almighty. That nation O God is the United States of America. Just like Josiah it is finished unless in your mercy its government is given the opportunity to repent of its wickedness. What say you O God? This prayer is asked through the one who sits at thy right hand Jesus Christ who you always hear. Amen.

O God how clear, how definite was your Word in the days of Haggai the prophet. Your people were not looking to rebuild the temple. Instead they were only looking to their own needs. Yet they were not prospering and there was a lack in their lives with poor crops and much waste. When there was a turning back to you and putting you first by starting to rebuild the temple you started to bless.

 

O God what of that rebellious nation of Great Britain? There has been a rejection of thee, the God of our forefathers. There has been a going after other gods, even many saying that there is no god. O God as a nation we have sinned against thee. I repent on behalf of the nation and seek that your wrath may be turned away from us. Grant that your Spirit will lead the nation to repent before thee.

 

Turn us O God to the life-cleansing blood of Jesus Christ. Then the nation shall once again be in line with your plan. A people set apart for God. A people who have God living within the hearts of all who belong to Jesus Christ.

 

A nation living for the glory of God alone. Amen.

Prayer - 15 AUGUST 2016

 

Prayer Request For The United States of America

 

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

Isaiah 40:8

 

The need of the hour is to bring out into the open the spiritual battle over the United States of America. There are demonic spirits at work interfering in human affairs intent upon trying to hinder the Gospel going to every creature. A time is coming when the nation has to choose a new President. Humanly speaking the world powers and in particular those who control money (for the love of money is the root of all evil) who themselves are controlled by these demonic spirits have already decided on their choice. That choice is to take further control into the hands of government and seek to not just hinder but destroy the preaching of the Gospel.

 

God has not been pleased and is still not pleased because the churches have not listened to what He has had to say. The church leaders have joined with government after government to look to their own interests. Instead of calling for national repentance and coming into line with God’s plan there has been disobedience to and rejection of God.

 

The situation looks bleak for has God said enough is enough and given the United States up for destruction? This would be so except for the principle that intercession is based on the victory of the Lord Jesus Christ in His atoning death and resurrection. The enemy of souls is contesting by assaulting and trying to destroy Christianity in the United States of America. However the victory to overcome the world powers and ensure God’s choice rather than man’s choice for President is through faith in the supreme sacrifice and glorious triumph of our Lord.

 

Will you join me in being guided by the Holy Spirit in this intercession along the path leading to victory?  A victory which also cleanses churches and ministries from false prophets and false shepherds. A victory which re-introduces God to the nation. A victory for preaching the Gospel of repentance by calling sinners to repent of sins against Bible commands that have come against the holiness of God. A victory which gives Jesus Christ His rightful place of pre-eminence as Head of His body the Royal Priesthood of believers.

 

When the conditions are met just as in the recent intercession for the referendum in the United Kingdom then the throne of God is touched and the throne answers because His will rather than man’s will shall be done on earth as in heaven. There is absolute certainty that the word of our God shall stand for ever and when Jesus gave the command to preach the Gospel to every creature, this is sealed unto His second coming.
